What is the difference with a Full Property Management Service?
The main difference between Houst’s full Property Management and digital Management is that you manage the on-the-ground logistics of your property such as housekeeping and maintenance. In 9 countries and 19 cities globally, we offer a Full Property Management package that includes cleaning providers, with a commission rate usually starting around 14% of the overall revenues generated.
Do I really not interact with Guests at all?
Yes, we manage all guest communications. From guest screening to check-out, our friendly support team is available to answer enquiries 24/7.
How do you prevent Airbnb parties?
We have a guest vetting process that our team adheres to when accepting bookings.
Firstly, we always use official ID verification software to check that your guests are genuine. If the booking is taken through Airbnb, this is done through Airbnb’s own verification process. If the booking is through another platform, we use a third-party verification platform - giving you peace of mind (and more bookings!) when listing on multiple platforms.
Secondly, we use an application programming interface when taking payments from guests, allowing us to automatically identify any fraudulent activity.
And lastly, our expert team is trained in identifying potential red flags. Our pros manually cross-reference guest details to triple-check a potential guest is genuine before accepting a booking.

No - we take an initial onboarding fee of £150. Our initial £150 onboarding fee covers the cost of set-up of your personal dashboard, photography and professional copywriting. However, this only applies to specific pricing plans.
Am I locked into a fixed term contract?
No - Houst digital does allow you to exit at any point, so no exit fees are applicable once your invoices have been settled.
