Is there a setup or onboarding fee to get started?

We charge a one-time onboarding fee for our short-term lets (depending on property size, location, and availability) to cover the cost of a photo shoot, setting up the online listings on the various short-let booking websites, and also includes a visit from a member of staff who will go by your property to ensure your home has everything required to receive guests. The onboarding fee is not charged up front; rather, it is deducted from your first month's rental income.

For long-term listings on our Professional Plans, we do not charge an onboarding fee.
