Our pricing data puts a two-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home in Dubai at an average of dh902 a night with 71% occupancy, or around dh234,500 a year before costs. That average comes from four readings across Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Jumeirah Village Circle, with nightly rates from dh678 to dh1,012.
Demand peaks from November to March, when winter sun, Dubai Shopping Festival and major conferences fill the city. Summer is quieter, but business and stopover guests keep central communities busy. Figures will vary with size, finish, views and community.
