England does not currently require a short-let licence the way Scotland or parts of London do, but a national registration scheme for short-term lets is being introduced, and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead can take a planning view on intensively let properties. You will also need to meet fire-safety, gas, electrical and insurance requirements, which we manage as part of the service.
