No. Victoria's 7.5% short-stay levy (in effect since January 2025) is collected from the guest by Airbnb and does not reduce your host payout. The ACT's 5% levy (in effect since July 2025) works the same way. Both levies are added on top of the guest price and are separate from Airbnb's 15.5% host fee.
