VRBO and Expedia are part of the same Expedia Group network, which means VRBO listings can appear on Expedia, but Expedia selects which listings to include based on criteria it does not publicly disclose. The two known criteria are that your listing must be set to instant booking, and your property must be in an area where Expedia is actively expanding its inventory. If your listing meets these criteria, it should appear on Expedia automatically. If it does not, check your integration settings and contact VRBO support.
