DET permit fees vary by unit type and classification. In addition to the permit fee, hosts must collect a Tourism Dirham levy from guests: AED 10 per occupied bedroom per night for Standard properties and AED 15 per occupied bedroom per night for Deluxe properties. This levy must be filed with DET by the 15th of each month. Check the DET Holiday Homes portal for current permit fee schedules, as rates are updated periodically.
