In Queensland, the standard form for residential tenancies is the General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a), provided by the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). For rooming accommodation, either a Rooming Accommodation Agreement (Form R18) or a General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a) can be used. For caravan parks, the Moveable Dwelling Tenancy Agreement (Form 18b) applies.
