Airbnb has implemented a 90-day occupancy limit for 'entire home' listings in the Greater London area as a result of local regulation. This regulation caps the number of days you can rent out your property on Airbnb to 90 occupied nights per calendar year. Once you hit this limit, Airbnb will automatically block further bookings for the rest of the year. This 90-day restriction can be either consecutive days or spread throughout the year.
