Why would I partner with Houst instead of managing my properties by myself?

When you become a Houst Partner, you instantly become part of a global brand with experts in every area of property management. Can I start with no properties?

Yes, our service is suitable for all types of experiences, from those looking to start from scratch to large property developers. Our offering extends to larger, well-established entities managing multiple properties, aiming to improve operational effectiveness and increase profits through the optimisation of channel and revenue management.

Who determines the cleaning fee?

The cleaning fee is set by you, the local hosting partner. However, Houst provides parameters (minimum and maximum figures) that you should operate within. Ultimately, it is up to you to set the rates.

How does the lead acquisition and pre-qualification team assess the suitability of a property for my business?

Our dedicated team will schedule a growth strategy meeting with you to understand how you’d like to scale your business and how we can achieve it. Based on the discussion, our team will qualify leads based on location, property quality, size, client motives, duration of management required, and property availability. We will handle all sales for you, and you will be responsible for onboarding the properties.

I have many connections with properties myself. What happens when I bring a property onboard?

Our partners are financially rewarded for every property they bring onboard, even without the involvement of the Houst sales team. You will receive a financial kick-back, which will be discussed in more detail during your discovery meeting.
